My customer found return label short of information, and I email him my warehouse address. my customer did not post the product, but claim A-Z of the whole amount 221.6 pounds. Amazon did investigation, and decisively deducted 221.6 pounds from my account to the customer.
I wrote to Amazon, and Amazon told me I did not respond to the customer properly. And my money just gone like this. I believe the world has fair rule, but I don't see fairness in Amazon, at least, no mercy to sellers.

Is there any authority eligible to supervise Amazon? It is not only a platform, but also a gangster.
I have wrote and appealed several times, clearly showing that the customer wrongly claimed such a A-to-Z guarantee, however, again and again, Amazon replied to me that they made a correct decision on this issue.
It is such a basic truth, that every reasonable people can know it is unfair to the seller, but they just wouldn't listen. Why?

I don't know how this bullying by Amazon will end, they leave people helpless, they harm businesses like a mafia system, they operate on a ridiculous and irrational policy system, I really don't know what the sanctions should be for them, this forum page is just people sharing their bad experiences, there are millions of complaints but the result is always the same, I don't understand what Amazon managers do,

Amazon will rarely consider the cost to sellers. After all it is not their money or their business reputation. .
Amazon has never seen sellers as customers although they are providing a service to them.
Where the customer is clearly playing the system it is of no use whatsoever reporting abuse despite overwhelming evidence of theft. I suspect nothing at all is done to investigate. Amazon applying the false cover of confidentiality.
Where theft is blatant we feel that it is important to send a letter before action It usually brings a result. More importantly it brings home to customers that Amazon is not the final arbiter or is above the law. Hopefully it would dissuade customers from making false or unfair claims from other sellers in the future.
