My Listing is banned due to Amazon's mistake but no one wants to help me
I am reaching out to the community with frustration to address an issue with my product listing for nasal strips, which was incorrectly removed from Amazon due to a classification error.
I had the same issue with my other Nasal Strips ASIN that has been reinstated after being misclassified as Mouth Tape!, This new ASIN listing is our new variation of the Nasal Strip and it has been removed 2 months ago and then reinstated, apologizing that Amazon system misclassified my ASIN. Last week myth same listing has been removed again and my appeal keep being rejected by the a bot message. We just sent an inventory of $100,000. While FBA is receiving my ASIN has been removed. The product is not a mouth tape in any way, our website show that as well and we are changing all the claims on Amazon, as we did with the other ASIN that is live now since the last issue.
Previous Approval Case ID: 16605468421
Current Case ID with repetitive bot message: 16872285791
Please help us to resolve this issue.
Best regards.

Greetings @Seller_34Cd3HbxmpbQ3,
I've reviewed your cases and while your ASIN may have been reinstated in the past, this appears to be in error. This product has been identified as a mouth tape and cannot be reinstated. You will need to demonstrate your product is not a mouth tape product but based on the current description, images, keywords, and other detail page information this product is correctly identified as a mouth tape. I'm sorry for any difficulties this creates.

Hi Glenn,
Our product is not a mouth tape and we didn't claim that its a mouth tape.
It's a nasal strips and we've sent all the documents, invoices and also certifications and images we use. The product page was maybe containing some keywords that flagged it as a Mouth tape.
I can demonstrate in anyway you request it.
Please tell me how can we move forward so you can help with this issue.
Best regards.

I also updated the claims and the listing, removing all the keywords that could trigger a misclassification but its not getting updated, you can click on edit to see the updated version.
The listing has been reinstated 3 times in the past. Also my other sin has been suspended with the same issue 6 months ago and now is live after proving that this was a misclassification. ( an Amazon member helped me on this forum ).

Hi there @Seller_34Cd3HbxmpbQ3,
While you are claiming this product isn't mouth tape Amazon has determined per review that the product is subject to this policy given the information you have provided. Even if you did not make claims that that this product is mouth tape, Amazon may determine based on review by our investigators that a product is subject to restrictions even if the product doesn't make specific claims. Again, you can continue to appeal, however I cannot make any guarantees that this product will be reinstated. I'm sorry for any difficulties this creates.
