Is Amazon's Buy Box Algorithm Unfair? Share Your Experience!

Hey fellow sellers,

I've been having some serious trouble with Amazon's Buy Box lately, and I'm starting to wonder if it's just me or if others are in the same boat. My products, even though they're competitively priced, keep losing the Buy Box, and it's killing my sales. 😞

I've noticed a lot of complaints from other sellers about similar issues, so I'm curious: Are you also experiencing problems with the Buy Box? Don't you think the Buy Box algorithm works against us?

And what about the seller support team and the account health team? When I contact them, they just copy and paste replies without actually understanding the issue. Because we pay 15.4% fees for each sale, shouldn't we have a better seller support team? What's your experience with seller support? When I call them, I can't understand anything they say because their microphone quality is poor (is it just me or do you have similar issues?). I've also noticed that many times they don't actually read my emails and respond with unrelated answers, and they keep closing my cases.

I'm thinking about gathering a group of us to see if we can do something about it. But first, I need to know how widespread this problem is.

i have same issue on last friday.

I have used all the solution i know to solved ths issue,

but now all the asin still dont have the buy box.
