ungating issue, caseID 11025302762
i have all the correct documentation, i have invoices which i have ensured meet all of amazons strict requirements and i have even requested for extra documentation to prove a valid chain of supply and with m y suppliers contact info but i keep getting my ungating request declined. id like for someone to over look my case and tell me if im doing anything wrong or is it amazon?
i can tell amazon is auto declining my requests for some reason as its not being manually reviewed by a human an ai is not considering my appli cation nor are they reading my documents could anyone provide me with any assistance as amazons customer support is appalling

Even genuine invoices are nu guarantee of getting ungated, sometimes brands strictly control who can sell their products on Amazon.
As to the invoice, if you've ordered online (as anybody could) without checks on your company first you've ordered from a retailer rather than a wholesaler and it is unlikely the invoice will be accepted by Amazon.
If you've interacted with the official distributor/wholesaler of the brand by email/phone and had your company approved to sell the brand on Amazon then your invoice may be accepted but you may also need to prove your affiliation with the brand.
