PAN or EFN? and is EFN Open to UK sellers Yet

Hi

Ok so i have my own brand enrolled and want to sell on every Amazon market place globally.

My source is the UK and my next step is Europe. I have registered a German Vat number and my main question is

Do i set up vat numbers for each main market in Europe and FBA from those countries or do i stock all my stock in a German warehouse with EFN. I have only 2 asins so nice and simple.

If i stock with EFN then how long will a buyer in Spain have to wait for my item to arrive? Naturally i want to compete with local sellers on delivery times. I understand EFN storing is more cost right?

Any advice would be much appreciated

You need to work out the price difference between efn fees and vat return costs to decide which one is most cost effective

EFN from the UK is possible, though Amazon are rolling it out between now and May, so you could be waiting a little while.

As for Pan-EU vs EFN, aside from delivery times it comes down to which makes more financial sense. EFN has higher selling fees than Pan-EU. I’m not aware of any extra storage costs for EFN.
