Funds from dispatched orders

I have been selling on Amazon for many years, however am very confused by today’s CS response regarding a technical error relating to our dispatched orders.

We dispatched off a batch of orders this morning around 6am, and as of yet the funds are still not showing even though the orders say ‘shipped’.
Raised a case with CS and have the run around ever since.
The latest reply now states i have to wait for the orders to be ‘DELIVERED’ to receive funds!
What!
We have no problems with our account what so ever and what is really worrying is that the majority of our products are low value and are sent untracked, therefore how do they know when an item has been delivered.

Anyone else ever heard of this nonsense happening before?

First there is a system issue, so it’s not just you. Second, they are giving advice that would fit for most sellers, kind of, and likely hasn’t been tailored to you.
