Amazon has removed my ability to report a violation and has not accepted my appeal
My company has a EU trademark pending and I constantly have Chinese hijackers on my EU listings every 2 weeks. It's so bad to the point it's most likely organized hijackings as new accounts pop up all the time. They will even remove their fake inventory every 12 hours when the Amazon support phonelines go down
I have a TM that will be ready in the EU in the next 60 days most likely which will help with brand registry moving forward
Amazon is not lifting my report a violation access. I need support. I have never abused the system. I have simply been trying to remove hijackers who are selling fraudulent inventory on my listings via organized crime
This is another case when Amazon punishes the honest sellers and defends the criminals
I believe that most likely the hijackers who have been removed from my listings have been reporting me, thus the reason Amazon has erroneously revoked my report a violation access

Dougal here and thanks for the case ID. I have reviewed your appeal and the complaint ID referenced in the response from Brand Registry Support and I do have some feedback that may or may not help with both your appeal and how to properly report IP violations moving forward if you are able to receive that benefit back.
The Intellectual Property for Rights Owners help page is the best resource and a significant amount of my feedback can be referenced from there.
My first call out is the "Types of notices not accepted on Amazon," section of the linked help page. Simply stating that you do not ship or allow other sellers to sell your branded products does not provide accurate enough info for how the offer (or product received) infringes on your Copyright: Product or packaging.
When providing the detail to how an offer is infringing on your Copyright: Product or packaging, follow the first 2 bullets in the "Reporting Infringement," section of the linked help page. For ease, here they are:
- Specific identification of the IP you believe is infringed. For trademark, copyright, patents, parallel import include the registration number, written description of or link to copyrighted work, first date of use, etc.
- Nature of infringement (whether infringement occurs on the product, physical product packaging, image on the product detail page, or text on the product detail page).
Another item to focus on is Do not submit more than one type of IP violation per notice. When you select your infringement type, provide detail to just that infringement. For example, Selecting trademark infringement and discussing copyright issues in the submission. The notice will be processed as a trademark complaint only. If you want to report infringement of a trademark and a copyright, file separate notices. You can reference this in the "Do not submit more than one type of IP violation per notice." section of the linked help page above.
I recommend keeping these instances in mind when drafting your next appeal if needed. I do see that you submitted another response an hour ago and that is currently being reviewed.

Hi, please read my case. My Report a violation access has been revoked and all of my appeals have been rejected. I have not received a response from the mod and this is an urgent issue
As noted I am confident the Chinese hijackers that constantly attack my business have reported me. I need my report a violation access back ASAP

Please see below. These are test orders form 2024 (DE) and these are only times I had to make test order. There were many other times that did not require a test order. My listings meticulously and constantly hijacked by Chinese sellers who open accounts overnight and sell fraudulent products on my listings. These same criminal sellers file complaints against my infringement claims and this is most likely organized crime used to further target my listings, destroy my business, and defraud Amazon customers . I NEED HELP ASAP. I NEED MY REPORT A VIOLATION ACCESS BACK NOW

Please review the entire case as the current mod is completely not helping whatsoever. This is by default supporting the criminal activity on Amazon and helping destroying honest business
