I think that i am BLACKLISTED!!!
I am a new amazon seller that has made some mistakes, my mistakes have caused me an "a-z claim", which states "at risk for deactivation", on my home page.
i have been listing products that should be flying off of my shelf, I have had my listing longer then i should, i believe that I am blacklisted... should i close my account and open a new one, being that i have the hand of thing now... has anyone ever delt with this???

you cannot close your account and open a new one.
Are you suspended or just at risk?
Do you have a particular asin that you think should be flying off the shelf?

This is Roberto. I'd like to follow up on your post, as I understand this could be something difficult to manage, specially in early stages of your account. Being at risk does not limit your offers from being available for purchase.
I have the same advice as @Seller_AXC06kcsKI1qG, you cannot close your current account and open a new one. The best approach is to deal with the issues that are causing the risk on your account.
