Reimbursement for Lost Items Lower Than Before
Has anyone noticed that reimbursement amounts for lost items have decreased meaningfully? Our understanding is that reimbursements should be approximately average selling price minus selling and fulfillment fees. It seems that the reimbursement amounts are now much lower than this (less than half).
Anyone else have an issue with this?

I just noticed this to. A previous item i was getting 21.50, which is correct, has now gone down to $10 something.. Thats way off and is actually costing us money now.
Can anyone look into this also?
