Unable to change UTR

I have been selling on Amazon since November and I have just noticed that my UTR is incorrect. My account obviously got verified but I would like to rectify the mistake before it causes any problems further down the line such as when I reach the £15K disbursement limit.

The number is greyed out so I can’t change it manually, how do I proceed please?

You will need to contact the verification team
make sure you have an up to date copy of your UTR to hand

Its VERY strange that you managed to get through with an incorrect UTR in the first place though
