Please help!! Account Deactivation due to "other account" - how can I prove this through an appeal when there is no other account
Hello,
I am sole FBA seller from the UK. Recently, my account has been deactivated with this message:
You have a separate account which was enforced for violating one of our policies. As a result, you may no longer use "my brand" Selling account to sell on Amazon.co.uk.
Update: I already submitted an appeal stating that I do not own any other account, and Amazon said I do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time.
Is there a way to go about this? I have read about many deactivation issues, but I can't find anything similar to my case. Amazon doesn't have any details regarding this "other" account, so I am not sure what appeal, reference or additional documents I can provide to substantiate my request.
Your insight/experience would really help.

Hello @Seller_8sEJbNGTJZsjO,
I am Spencer with Amazon.
You can request a call with the account team by clicking the CALL ME NOW button in your account health pages.
They should be able to explain to you what you need to do to get your account reactivated.
