Case logged in July no progress three months on

Can anyone advise/help? Logged another case in July 24 - we've been getting charges for years for a very few items of stock supposedly stored in Germany. We stopped selling internationally some years ago but the charges continued. Any attempt we have ever made to recall/get destroyed/query if this stock even exists in any location in Germany etc never gets anywhere. The stock system stalls and doesn't allow us to make requests such as return/destroy etc. All it will do is show what stock the charges relate to (this also has been subject to change over time even though we're no longer sending more stock and are unable to recall.) It's all very odd.

Latest case logged in July 24 as I say and zero updates or progress - just repeat cut and paste messages that say it's been passed to an internal team to deal with and thanks for your patience. But we never hear from the internal team or anyone else with any meaningful progress report/explanation etc.

Every now and again I make a reasonable request for a meaningful update/reason why something so simple is taking so long/idea of how long it might take to get any progress whatsoever - nothing comes back but another cut and paste.

Is there a way to escalate if a case is not moving at all for three months?
