Customer Request to change shipping address are we covered
We had a customer request to change their shipping address. We use Amazon buy shipping so we are covered for any late or missing mishaps by USPS. I know on other selling channels changing addresses is not allowed as it voids that protection. Is Amazon the same?

No, you should not change the address. Tell the customer that they need to cancel the order, fix their address, then re-order.
Otherwise, Amazon does NOT cover your shipment in case of INR or similar.

To ensure your protection, I would echo what the previous comment stated. Request the buyer cancel the order on their end and they can re-order with the correct address. Let me know if you ran into any other hiccups with this!
