Barcode issue
Hello everyone
I recently bought a GS1 UK barcode and created it but when I'm trying to check it in their database(official barcode checker) it's showing that my barcode doesn't exist, I'm just afraid to produce products with barcode that eventually will not work. But I'm confused I watched GS1 official tutorials on how to create barcode and I followed all the steps but still the barcode doesn't work. Have any of you encountered the same issue? How did you resolve it? Also another question I'm using GTIN-13 barcode, is it the same as UPC and EAN barcode? Thank you

When you say you 'bought' a GS1 barcodes - where from?
Do you have an account with GS1. Because you don't just buy barcodes - you need a subscription with GS1.
If you've purchased them from anywhere else - you have wasted your money.
