Promised Delivery

Because we were shipping our orders faster than we listed, Amazon forced us to change our 2-day handling to 1 day handling. Now we are getting mark late because the package did not arrive as promised. Is there a setting we I can change the promised date?

Thanks

Unfortunately you apparently failed to read about the AWARD that Amazon was going to give all the sellers exceeding expectations!

Back on July 25 they sent an email about a bunch of changes. There were MANY discussions about sellers who had a 'handling time gap' of "2" or above being forced into what you have experienced.

From what was posted then it sounded like there is no way out.

Hello @Seller_znqw4n02gkaBY

Thanks for reaching out to Amazon Forums. You can set your order handling capacity based on the number of orders that your business can manage within a day. If you receive additional orders beyond this capacity, then those additional orders will have one day automatically added to the handling time.

Please refer to the Modify Order Handling Capacity Help page to see how to set order handling capacity.

If you have a specific problem with an order, remember that you can also contact our seller support team.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
