Case id : 9362189422 - appproved for reinstament, but not reinstaed in nearly 2 months ( Help from mods needed )

Hi,

Could a mod please hekp me, Over xmas I had an asin need documents and pics to reinstate - took a few weeks and all was passed and accepted and reinstated. But a few weeks lateer, was removed again.

All I get now from seller support is " we have accepted the evidence given and will reinstate the asin within 2, 5 and 10 days. "They have told me this 22 times now over almost 2 months and the asin although being approved for reinstatement is still inactive, with 250 items stranded.

Please help.. theres obvs something wrong with the catalogue Aamazon side that needs fixing, if all is agreed that the asin should be reinstated. lMany thanks Mike
