Olá, recebi um e-mail relatando que o número de rastreio que enviamos para os clientes estão inválidos, porém, temos gerado etiqueta, mandado todos os pedido no ponto de coleta Kangu e confirmamos o envio com o número do rastreio assim que o produto é bipado.

Gostaria de saber como posso realizar da melhor forma e ser mais eficiente para nossos clientes, pois, a Amazon é muito importante para nós e queremos manter essa parceria com excelência.

In order to better assist, can you please share the content of the message you have received (with personal information removed) so that we may have a better understanding of the situation you are facing.

The VTR metric reflects the tracking numbers applied when shipping orders to buyers. In most cases, they are a required part of the shipping process, but there are some exemptions. Orders that are affecting the metric remain on the report for 30 days before falling off on their own. During that time, you may see a flucuation of the actual percentage score due to the orders on the report. You can further information about the VTR here.

I also have some follow-up questions regarding your post. Please consider the following:

- Has your VTR metric been affected by these orders?

- Is there an "At Risk" banner on your Account Health dashboard specifically mentioning the VTR metric?

- Where does you VTR stand in relation to the target goal of 95%?

- Are any of these orders you have mentioned in your post exempted from tracking requirements? what does the VTR metric say, what is you shipping process, are you using an integrated carrier, are the items exempt from tracking
