Seller Fulfilled Prime is a JOKE, don't have to follow any requirements at all

By participating in Seller Fulfilled Prime, sellers must agree to the following requirements for all items enrolled in Seller Fulfilled Prime (“Prime items”). You must adhere to requirements for the purchase of shipping labels, customer service and customer returns applying to all orders of Seller Fulfilled Prime items, regardless of whether the buyer is a Prime member.
If Amazon determines that a seller’s actions or performance may result in harm to customer trust, violations of our terms or policies or cause other risks to customers or Amazon, then we may, in our sole discretion, disable or remove applicable Prime item offers, Seller Fulfilled Prime eligibility or selling privileges.
Noticed our competitor who had been offering Seller Fulfilled Prime, but based on their customers "1-start seller feedbacks" received (they had received many 1 or 2-stars), they NEVER followed delivery schedule or having poor customer, continuously.
Why they won't need to follow requirements? Because ALL feedbacks must able to STRIKE-THROUGH as "The fulfilment issues associated with this order were not due to the seller"
no matter feedback is mostly about "late delivery, did not receive, restocking fees, etc", all either strike-through or removed easily.
Our competitor used seller fulfilled prime to take advantage of owning the buybox without the need of following any requirements.
We've tried to apply for Seller Fulfilled Prime program, but seller support said they haven't been accepting application for years.
