Altering dispatch time
At the moment my dispatch time is set at 1 day and i seem to be getting a lot of late dispatch errors on the next day or over a weekend esp with the bank holidays. As my account was deactivated until i went through the hoops i need to alter the despact time to something like 3 days to ensure my late dispat rate drops.
Any assistance on where I can find the dispatch time??

If you are on the Professional Selling Plan, one option is in Shipping Settings. But this is at global level and can be set to 0,1 or 2 days only.
Otherwise - you need to set it at SKU level on the Offer tab in Manage Inventory.

Around three weeks ago once again they fiddle with them tried to make them same day/One day saying it Metrics should you should be on it.
The day they did it I moved it back to 2 days. You need to check it frequent in case they fiddle around again with it.
Our matter is post collection could be at 9am 10am 12.30 or even 2.30pm due severe staff shortages in our local Royal Mail centre. a lot of staff have gone either retired or just left. We don't get post delivery every day but where the pick up is booked they do come but anytime it suits them
