MFA shipment using 'Buy Amazon shipping' I dont want to use Everi
Our MFA cut off is 4.30 pm. We have a Royal Mail daily collection at 5.05pm. and send prime orders tracked 24.
This scenario I'm going to describe has happened twice now.
Yes I could have printed the shipping labels before the cut-off time but, my error I did not.
Previously, I have been able to print the labels when ever I want.
Amazon is now forcing me to use Everi after 4.30pm, for tracked 24!
The Laugh is that this will means that the orders can be dropped off the next day at the collection point, this is then not collected until at least 2.30pm.
Where as if I can print the Royal Mail Label on buy shipping it will have gone at 5 pm same day!
Can anyone tell me if I can disable Evrie from my account? I hope that this would not give Amazon the option to select it.
Amazon will now freak out and my metrics will problem get my account closed! 3 orders went Royal Mail, not using Amazon buy shipping!

post.is that not because you're doing it after the cut off, the system doesn't know your collection is 5.05 so takes the RM option off?

We have had this issue before the cut off time.
If your situation was caused just by the cut-off time and not the bug which has been causing valid T24 services to be blocked (for us and a few other sellers) -
then it might work if you change the cut off time to a later time while you print the labels and then change the cut off time back again afterwards
