Stop items being sold to Ireland

Hi,

I’m a fairly new seller, non-vat registered based in England. A customer in Ireland purchased two units today and VAT has been taken off my disbursement. Is there any way to stop customers in Ireland purchasing my items?

It seems from what I’ve found Ireland is included in UK, which, of course, it isn’t.

Thanks in advance.

If by Ireland, you mean Northern Ireland, then it is indeed part of the UK and you have no choice, but to offer shipment there.
If however you mean Eire, then you must have international shipping enabled.
You need to amend your shipping template to remove it.

Speaking of Eire - Has anyone noticed a INR spike via Royal Mail recently. Ive asked RM if theres an issue with AnPost - but no response so far.
