--The insurer name mentioned on your proof of insurance does not match the name of insurer that you provided in Seller Central. Enter the correct insurer name from your proof of insurance in Seller Central when re-submitting the proof of insurance for verification. Note that the insurer name may be different from the producer name on the proof of insurance.

--Your proof of insurance indicates that your policy limits are less than USD 1 million per occurrence and in aggregate. Amazon requires policy limits of at least USD 1 million per occurrence and in aggregate. You can also provide limits of indemnity or the equivalent per occurrence and in aggregate of 1 million USD and above.

I have filed a case and my ID is 17519137271, can you clarify what is required as insurance is occurrence based and 1million usd,
