Sold items not showing in the inactive page, inventory and upload issues
Items I have sold do not appear in the inactive page, so I have no record of the date it was sold, and the item is still showing as active. Also when I delete some of my listings, they won’t delete from the active page? Anyone else having this issue?

How long are you leaving it to check? We’ve found this morning that listing are taking longer to list in our inv.

Hi, it usually comes up in the inactive page before it comes up in the sold page, I sold some items during the night and this morning, and they aren’t showing in the inactive page. Amazon seem to be having more problems, last week it was items removed as they didn’t follow their fair pricing policy, I had over 100 removed. And now this, I’m wondering if they are being hacked??

There are some issues with inventory management at the moment.
I am seeing the same as you, items sold not going inactive as the quantities are not downdating. I deleted a product first thing this morning and it still showing in my inventory.
There are other threads on here about listings not updating so it looks like Amazon have issues.

There is currently a technical issue with updates to detail pages, inventory and pricing. The technical team are working on this and I will update this thread when I receive more details. They have advised that updates should flow through the system when the issue is resolved but I don’t have information of when this will be at the moment.

Pulling my hair out!!
We have just had the 1st oversell of an item that has now gone out of stock after sales this morning.
I’ve had been zeroing out all channels of the item, but to no avail.
Came here to check if anyone else is having an issue!!
It seems the only solution will be to Turn off all Amazon Channels till its sorted or risk suspension!!

I do understand you are frustrated and I am sorry I don’t have any solutions for you right now.
I would recommend opening a case about the issue so that Seller Support can link the internal issue with your case. This way you know there is a reference to the internal technical issue linked to your account. If the issue is resolved while I’m not available to update this thread you will also be alerted when contacted via the case.
I haven’t received any information regarding metrics but in the past Seller Performance would have been made aware of when there were internal technical issues that impacted seller’s accounts and notes made to reflect that for when they reviewed accounts.
I will let you know when I have an update.

I’ve been trying to update stock qty’s since last night and none of them have taken effect. This seems to have been going on for some time.
