I am private label seller ,doing FBA ,3 years old account and daily almost thousand sales ,suddenly before two days my all products feature offer disappeared ,being eligible how this can be happened ,my business from thousand to zero within 2 days and seller support cant do anything as per their reply ,what's going on ?How being eligible and fulfilling a;ll criteria this can be happened and amazon team cant do anything on this ?
