Box Check / Inventory Check "pending Amazon action" for three weeks
I have opened a box check request on March 26th and it is now April 9th and I have not received any updates. I have called at least 7 times and have sent emails asking for updates and each time I am told to wait another day and that they will send a request to expedite the case. The same exact thing has been said each time I call but nothing happens. I have had one of my listings deactivated due to costumers receiving the wrong item and I need this box check to determine if the issue is due to a labeling error from my manufacture or if it is the fault of Amazon. I am not able to submit an appeal to reinstate my listing because I don't know what's wrong unless I have the results from this box check. This is unacceptable.
