Amazon Destroyed Our Business Overnight: $50,000 Investment Gone!

We are furious and at our breaking point with how Amazon has treated us. Do you even realize the damage you've done to our business? We had two accounts: our main account, "Account1," where we sold genuine products, and a second account, "Account2," created based on your recommendation to sell Renewed products.

Following your advice, we invested an additional $50,000 to purchase certified refurbished goods from D&H. We meticulously followed every single one of your instructions to set up the Renewed account linked to our main account. Everything ran smoothly; we converted returns from "Account1" into Renewed products and sold them through the second account.

For instance, in January 2021, we received 100 returns from our "Account1" account. Eighty-five of these were still in brand-new condition, so we resold them. The remaining 15 items were opened and not accepted by distributors, so we renewed them after quality control checks and sold them through our Renewed account.

Then, out of nowhere and without explanation, Amazon shut down our Renewed account. Our main account was also shut down about a year later due to the linkage. Amazon has not provided any apparent reason for these suspensions, leaving us to guess the supposed infractions ourselves. This has completely devastated our business.

Here's how our renewal process worked

-We received returns from the main account.

-Sorted returns based on condition.

-Resold brand-new condition returns.

-Performed quality control on opened returns. Renewed opened returns.

Sold renewed products through the Renewed account.

We have kept all of Amazon's rules intact. Why would we risk an account that generates substantial revenue for us? We have documentation proving we followed Amazon's guidance, and we've already submitted it for review. Despite all this, our accounts remain suspended without any specific reasons or evidence provided by Amazon.

We sent our last appeal on July 1, 2024, but await a resolution. This entire situation has caused us extreme stress and significant financial loss. We need our accounts reinstated immediately. We are ready to provide any additional evidence required. We demand an explanation and a swift resolution to this matter.

Amazon, you have no right to put people through this. You waste the time and resources of businesses that trust you. If your idea of business is to crush your partners with baseless reasons, then congratulations, you've succeeded!
