I was wondering if “Amazon Selling Partner 360” was the name of a new Amazon super-bot that has been rolled out to help sellers, and the “personalised consultancy” part is where one of the human SS assistants assign sellers their own personal bot selected from a dropdown list?

The idea of working alongside someone to achieve business growth in various areas is appealing, but based on experience with Amazon I just don’t have any faith in actually receiving something personalised and having someone to work with closely. Any sort of meaningful support in the years we’ve been with Amazon has been very hard to comeby, so it’s hard to place enough faith in this to commit a monthly fee and a percentage of turnover - which will be paid regardless of outcome.
A fee based purely on increase in profit would be a different matter.

Just in case anyone from Amazon is reading this, I’ve got some feedback for you:
If you look at the threads in this forum, you will notice that most sellers have learned from experience that rather than asking Amazon representatives, they are usually better off asking for advice from other sellers. (1) it’s free, (2) it’s usually given extremely quickly and (3) the advice that they get from SS operatives is often irrelevant, incomplete, or sometimes even directly against Amazon’s own policies.
And who will be providing these new services? Because if it’s the same people who currently provide help then I would suggest that you’ve got things the wrong way round, and you should pay some of the fantastic forum members to help your staff understand how to support sellers on Amazon!
As @Mr_M says, the idea is appealing, but experience suggests that Amazon just won’t be able to deliver this service.
Reading between the lines, it looks like quite a bit of the service will just involve using customised reports/data to help sellers find more opportunities and to tweak their activities accordingly based on that information. I’m sure you could make loads more money by just offering sellers access to enhanced sets of reports/data that they could check for themselves, but at a lower monthly price than £1440+. I personally would pay for a premium service where I could view certain stats and data regarding impressions and conversions of my own, or if ads could be aimed at more specific groups of customers than just “Student / Prime / Family”.

We actually already have Amazon Partner 360 and while I can’t say what access they gave us to certain stuff, they have been a massive help to us, and finally having the main person to go to within Amazon has been a big help for us, while the price may seem expensive, what they can give you access to more then makes up for it
