I think, it is too RIDICIOUS : The brand and brand account suspend by Amazon but the competitor seller still can stubmit counterfeit complain? To IP issue, the premise is that : Your IP (Patent, copyright, trademark) should be protected by Amazon, Now AMZ suspend their brand and account, but seller performance said : This is still counterfeit?

Did the counterfeit review department knows what counterfeit is?

Amazon should investigate immediately.

I think, it is too RIDICIOUS : The brand and brand account suspend by Amazon but the competitor seller still can stubmit counterfeit complain? To IP issue, the premise is that : Your IP (Patent, copyright, trademark) should be protected by Amazon, Now AMZ suspend their brand and account, but seller performance said : This is still counterfeit?

Did the counterfeit review department knows what counterfeit is?

Amazon should investigate immediately.

I have a few follow-up questions for you. In the performance notification you received titled "policy warning", did you receive information about the rights owner making the complaint? example: their trademark number, contact info, etc. I understand that their brand may not be enrolled in the brand protection program, however, if they have a valid trademark registered on the uspto.gov website, the complaint may be valid. I suggest to check the trademark to find out if it is live. Once you have checked this, please feel free to respond with updates in this thread.

Greatly appreciated your help. On March 14, 2024 Policy Warn, AMZ only send me a Email, without TEL, ADD, Name. I sent email to the the email address, Never get any reponse. At a glance, the email is Randomly set up.

I offered the Truth , qualification, veriable Invoice to appeal, the Invoice is from the same manufacuter, but the Review team and all account health support said: MUST offer LOA and INVOICE and Retract message, if not will not Reinstate.

For the IP-counterfeit violation, you mentioned that you have submitted a verifiable invoice from the same manufacturer. Is the manufacturer also the brand owner? Do the invoices meet our document requirements? I suggest to double check the invoices against the requirements in the help page above, to see if they match up. If one requirement is not met, the submission may be denied. If the invoices are not accepted for any reason, then you will be asked to submit a letter of authorization from the brand.

When it comes to a product authenticity complaints, you will be asked for invoices, supply chain invoices or a letter of authorization that prove authenticity of the product. Again, the invoice that you submit must meet our document requirements. I will list the below for your reference:

-Copies of invoices, receipts or other similar documents that demonstrate where your products are produced or manufactured

These documents:

-Should reflect the sales volume of your product across all Amazon marketplaces in the last 365 days

-Should demonstrate your product’s full supply chain

-Should include contact information for the supplier(s) and the original manufacturer. We may contact suppliers or manufacturers to verify the documents

-Your documents should be able to trace your products to the original manufacturer even if you did not purchase them directly from the original manufacturer. This may require requesting additional invoices or supply chain documentation from your supplier if you are not sourcing directly from the manufacturer.

-You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible to enable adequate review of the documents you provide. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASIN(s) under review.

Stating that the rights owner is not enrolled in brand registry will not be an acceptable reason that there has not been a violation of the policy.

Do you have proof that the brand does not have a valid registered trademark? This is the type of information that would be required.

Greatly appreciated your help.

I offered the LOA and Invoice, all the LOA and Invoice are 200% Truth, they NEVER Review the Invoice (Because there is not any record show that, they Reviewd the Invoice, then Reject immediately).

Another, I have many Stocks at FC central, they ONLY need spend a few minutes to check the items to know the complain is truth or flase, but they NEVER want to do so.

The COUNTERFEIT Review department is MOST corrupt department.

Another, To the counterfeit complain, I never get any complain ID; When I want to report AUTHENTICALLY issue, but Amazon Do not have such path to report, so where is the AUTHENTICALLY issue from?

Was any specific reason given why your documents were not accepted? There may be specific guidance regarding why the information was not accepted. This typically would involve either a supply chain verification request or a quantity mismatch. If neither of these specifics are being requested, this would indicate there is an issue with the invoice itself. 1. What is the relationship between manufacture and the brand-owner, AMZ do not care, and AMZ do not monitor this. So, Why did your guy always force me offer the LOA?

2. I offered LOA and Invoice, but they Never Revie and Never care but lie?

3. To the brand and brand accounts were supsend by brand team, see case ID:14970126541; To the suspend brand and brand account, is there still IP issue, if so? One brand and account supsend, the seller can go on selling by many of his other accounts, if so, did AMZ encourage the sellers to sale by Multi-accounts?

4. AMZ is selling all the ASINs under the brand, Did AMZ get the License? I am sure, AMZ NEVER get any LOA from the right-owner.

5. The complain is not from the seller page(because AMZ suspend his brand and account), but from the buyer page. I am sure, it is AMZ sales hide to submit the Complain from buyer page to against me selling. You can click the ASIN to check.

I think, this is unfair compeittion.

As previously provided by other members of the moderating team, you need to ensure your documentation has met the basic requirements set forth by Amazon. Even when those documents do meet these requirements, the information on them cannot be verified. We do not have insight into the methods of verification by these other teams.

In terms of disputing the intellectual property violation, please provide as much information as possible in a case via the appeal button. This can be any supporting evidence of this being an incorrect violation. I suggest providing as much evidence as possible, including trademark information and other relevant points.

If there is an active trademark registered with any applicable intellectual property agency, this complaint will remain valid and you will need to provide the evidence that your item is authentic or this dispute information mentioned above.

If this is in reference to a product authenticity customer complaint, this came from one or more of your customers. Feedback could have been left via many different areas, such as Voice of the Customer, on A-to-Z claims, or communicated with you directly via buyer-seller messaging. I suggest taking a look in all of those areas to see why your customers questioned the authenticity of your product.

I sale by FBA, there is not A-Z Claims, .To the Negative feedback, Once I submit remove request, AMZ Removed the Negative feedback immediately.

The brand was suspend by brand team, the competitor seller can not submit any IP complain. I am sure, the customer complaint is from the competitor sellers, because: I got 9 threat emails from the competitor sellers at my Buyer-seller messging, could you have a check at MX site; he hired third-party to order and PENDING my instocks more than 3 months,

So, I am sure, the complain is from the competitor seller, but not from truth buyer.

Especially: Without any buyer comlain the items are counterfeit or Unauthentically issue. The complain is from buyer page, because anyone can submit the complain as long as has a email address.

Coud you check again?

I forgot to tell you, from the first day to sale, I have met many times: After took money from the competitor seller, you AMZ CN guys can fabricate the IP complain to attack others account health, ASIN, or inventory. The most corrupt departments are COUNTERFEIT and Authentically Review department.

This is another CORRUPT example, See case ID:14971501341;

The ASIN of the CASE ID, I stopped selling 18 months, the last FBA date is Dec 10,2022; After the LAST FBA,I stopped sent any FBA again.

On April 3, 2024, I push the AMZ CN guys move the unsellable items to sellable, they rejected to move, but force me creat Remove orders; I rejected to create Remove orders, then AMZ CN guys created the destory orders CRAZYLY, and deleted my ASIN, and ABET another deparatment FABRICATE a AUTHENTICALLY complain to attack my account health and my ASIN.

So, your AMZ CN guys are very very very Corrupt, They can ABET each other to fabricate Complains to attack seller's ASIN, account health.

Coud you have a Review?

In the performance notification you received titled "policy warning", did you receive information about the rights owner making the complaint? example: their trademark number, contact info, etc. I understand that their brand may not be enrolled in the brand protection program, however, if they have a valid trademark registered on the uspto.gov website, the complaint may be valid. I suggest to check the trademark to find out if it is live. Once you have checked this, please feel free to respond with updates in this thread.

For the IP-counterfeit violation, you mentioned that you have submitted a verifiable invoice from the same manufacturer. Is the manufacturer also the brand owner? Do the invoices meet our document requirements? I suggest to double check the invoices against the requirements in the help page above, to see if they match up. If one requirement is not met, the submission may be denied. If the invoices are not accepted for any reason, then you will be asked to submit a letter of authorization from the brand.

For each of these issues, if you believe the complaints a placed in error, you will be required to submit a valid dispute. What proof do you have that the complaint is invalid? Stating that the rights owner is not enrolled in brand registry will not be an acceptable reason that there has not been a violation of the policy.

Do you have proof that the brand does not have a valid registered trademark? This is the type of information that would be required.

In terms of disputing the intellectual property violation, please provide as much information as possible in a case via the appeal button. This can be any supporting evidence of this being an incorrect violation. I suggest providing as much evidence as possible, including trademark information and other relevant points.

If there is an active trademark registered with any applicable intellectual property agency, this complaint will remain valid and you will need to provide the evidence that your item is authentic or this dispute information mentioned above.

Feedback could have been left via many different areas, such as Voice of the Customer, on A-to-Z claims, or communicated with you directly via buyer-seller messaging. I suggest taking a look in all of those areas to see why your customers questioned the authenticity of your product.

I am sure, the customer complaint is from the competitor sellers, because: I got 9 threat emails from the competitor sellers at my Buyer-seller messging, could you have a check at MX site; he hired third-party to order and PENDING my instocks more than 3 months,

So, I am sure, the complain is from the competitor seller, but not from truth buyer.

Especially: Without any buyer comlain the items are counterfeit or Unauthentically issue. The complain is from buyer page, because anyone can submit the complain as long as has a email address.
