German account deactivated/ closed but still I am being charge per month. How to stop this?
My account is since January 2025 deactivated and requested multiple time to permantly close my account. But stll being chargd every month. How do I get help to close my German account and to stop charging per every month?

please note that you cannot close a deactivated account. If your account was deactivated, you first need to reactivate it, and then you can close it. Here the help page on how to close an account: Close your seller account. What was the reason for the deactivation?
