You Can't. Amazon controls product registration. And anyone who asks for your ASIN probably wants to control it to get a free BarCode.

It isn't possible for you to lock a product to prevent other sellers listing it. However, if you are a brand owner then you may be interested in signing up for Amazon Brand Registry.
