Struggling to Understand Amazon Payment Terms and Tracking Specific Order Payments

Hello fellow sellers,

I'm facing some difficulties understanding the payment terms as a seller on Amazon. Specifically, I'm having trouble figuring out how much payment I've received for a specific order ID. The information provided isn't very clear, and it's becoming challenging to keep track of my payments.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, how do you manage it? Is there any app or tool that can help make this process easier to understand? I would greatly appreciate any advice or recommendations.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi @Seller_g5DsRLS1y2tQT,

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums!

If you need to have an overview of your payments per order, you can go to Payments reports, from the table in there you can see different views that serve many objectives. From my understanding, the closest one to your situation would be the Payments Statement View. If you click on the button View the report next to it you will be redirected to the report page. If you choose "Transaction View", a table will appear showing different Transaction types as well as a column mentioning the related order ID.

Regards,

Noor
