Vine reviewer took out stars from review for things not advertised on the listing
Title says at all. Just started with vine program for my listings to try and boost my sales that have been quite low despite my prices being very reasonable. Fast forward to my first vine review... someone left a review describing all the reasons why they loved the product, but mentioned taking stars out because my product doesn't have a certain feature that is not even advertised on my listing. My question is: Is there any way to remove that review, given it mentions a complaint about the product not having something I never advertised? It actually bought my product rating/star down which I completely didn't expect.

This happens a lot, and you just have to accept it. Remember, you are giving out free products to a person who would never have purchased the item in the first place, if it had not been for free. They are under no obligation to give a glowing review, or any review at all.
