Account verification process pending since 3 months
Hi,
I'm writing here to enlighten my concern of account verification pending process prolonged delay as I'm literally terrified by this now as I have already shared my details thrice with amazon but every time they keep on asking for some or the other documents or the same documents which have already been submitted. I have been in a miserable situation because of this pathetic behaviour of amazon. My case is still open with amazon just being charged every month unnecessarily with no resolution.

Verification can take quite a long time, there are many new sellers signing up every day.
So you are not charged, until your account is verified, you need to downgrade the selling plan from professional to individual. Go to settings (cog wheel top right) - account info, - manage services sell on Amazon - same again and then tick the individual button.

Ive been selling for 5 years then all of a sudden I have resubmit my info (exatly the same info I already sent), whatever I send keeps getting refused. Time to move all my 3000 listings to ebay...
I would not recommend Amazon as a seller to anyone ;-(

We tried to add a person onto our account in December and finally in May we got accepted. Had to resend documents as the original documents with dates on had run out while waiting for approval! Good luck
