So frustrated by Amazon Support

I was so much looking forward to get started on Amazon and the registration has been an absolute nightmare. Initially there were issues around identity verification and now I am apparently not in compliance with the Amazon Services Business Solution agreement without any additional information provided. I spent the entire month of May on the phone with customer service only to have created no positive outcome. My account was active for a few weeks in April and I was introduced to an account manager who also ghosted me and stopped replying to any emails.

If you are suspended, find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.

Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.

If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.

Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?

NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.

NOTE -- nearly ALL accounts get suspended immediately after they are opened while Amazon verifies your information so unless they sent you a suspension notice asking for more information it is most likely just temporary.

Oh it gets better with the banking information lol. I asked the guy how do I close my account because I shouldn't have to explain common sense and the Amazon team doesn't know how to wipe their own if it hit them.

They want me to now verify my bank info a year later of selling. Yet they want you to provide a bank statement with the last digits of the account number. Well in the screen where you set your bank up it only reads so many numbers in. Example its reading the last digits as 123 and but ending numbers on the account are 456 but the whole number is 123456. I called my bank and they told me that was for security reasons. So my bank told me to submit a deposit form with a statement which shows the full account number showing all the numbers and they still won't accept it. I told the guy I just wanna close my account at this point and hung up on him. He then called me back and said I shouldn't have to explain this too you. Anyone with a brain can see that its the same number and its not my fault your system is not picking up the full set of numbers. So they don't match is what they are saying. Complete incompetency, and they need told what to do because they are brained washed and cant solve logic problems by themselves. It's crazy.

If you could not supply commercial invoices showing you have a commercial credit account with the manufacture, yes if could be a death sentence on Amazon. This could be a disaster if using FBA, because the product will not be returned. If you were selling FBM, simply start selling on eBay.

This is what your invoice should look like. An invoice is used when Your USA business has a retail commercial credit account with the manufacturer. Most all invoices include all of the following:

- YOUR: business name, business address, business phone, sales tax exempt number, your EIN number, your credit line, and terms of sale

- MANUFACTURER’S: address, phone, EIN number, account Rep’s name

- PRODUCT’S: quantity, SKU-Model number,

- DISCOUNTS PROCESSES ON THIS PURHASE: quantity, sale, specials

- TERMS OF SHIPPING: method, who pays, company used, tracking number

- TERMS OF PAYMENT: 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, interest assessed

Some have more, but they all use the same basic format. Even when you call and make a small online order and pay by credit card, an invoice is still sent to you separately containing all of the above.

If you purchased the items from a distributor using cash and carry, or on-line with a credit card, and paid sales tax on it, you are not buying wholesale from the manufacturer.
