Account suspension help

I created my account and am having some troubles with my charge method. I understand it to be the telephone number i have provided. I contacted for help but still can’t seem to work it out.

I doubt the number given there would be the cause of your problems, I have never once been contacted by support.

If there is a problem there will be an email telling you what it is, or a warning sign in your account information page.

Thanks for the response. I had previously requested assistance through amazon to work out what was wrong with the charge method and that was what I got in response.

Is the card
A credit or debit ?
Prepaid ?

Does the billing address match exactly as you’ve entered it

Is there at least 6 months left on it before expiry

Have you physically used it in a shop with the PIN ?

It’s a prepaid debit card, billing address is the exact same, well over six months until expiration date and yes.
