Amazon brand registery revoked
My brand registry access has been revoked, this is causing havoc on our account, listings and sales.
We can not send stock to amazon. We have had our brand name on multiple ASIN's changed. We have had our reviews in multiple markets split. We have seen a significant drop in sales. We can not protect our listings against counterfeiters. We have hundreds of thousands of units of stock at risk.
5 days ago we received the email from amazon to say our BR was revoked and was due 'have been involved in abusive actions and due to violations of our policies.' We filed a violation through BR against a hijacker the day before our BR access was revoked, presume this has something to do with it.
We have filed appeals with brand registry but have not had any feedback at all:

did you report that hijacker in a marketplace where you hold brand registration? (For example, if your brand registry is in Amazon US you cannot file a complaint against someone selling that brand name on Amazon.ca)

I have received a response from the appeal team.
Unfortunately, the brand team has re-reviewed the decision and did not overturn their decision. They are unable to reveal reasons to prevent abusive conduct on Amazon.
They have mentioned this is the final decision and I cannot escalate further as this decision will not change. Once your account is no longer abusive, the brand team will establish communication with you again.
I understand this is not your preferred outcome, however I cannot escalate further. Thank you for understanding.
