inauthenticity Account suspension

Hello!

My account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 inauthenticity, I have purchased products from Baltic Networks wich is authentic distributor of Mikrotik products, the only problem is that my uncle purchased the products for my account, and the invoice is on his name, I applied for funds disbursment but Amazon made it fraudlant.

can someone guide me what to do in such condition

That's a retailer, not a brand approved distributor. They also didn't and couldn't give you permission to list this product on Amazon. So your receipt wouldn't be accepted anyway, no matter who's name is on it.
