Payments Disbursed but not yet credited in our bank account

We have had an issue with the US market payouts lately. Other marketplaces payouts are crediting in our bank account but the US market payouts(massive ones) aren't showing up anywhere. Upon contacting seller support, they are saying sent to the bank but my bank is not able to find those anywhere. can please anyone help here?
