Ongoing Case for almost FOUR MONTHS with Seller Support.

@Dominic_Amazon advised to open a case, and stated they would look into it.

We opened a case with seller support on 4/8/24 (Case 15079294561) and provided that case number to Dominic, but after a week it was going nowhere. We simply got a couple messages stating "We're looking into it, and we will let you know." We posted on the thread that we were concerned that the case would stay open for months with no info, as that had happened in the past. Dominic stated they reached out to the team and advised they would let us know once they had an update.

After months of nothing but "We're looking into it and we will let you know once we have more information" messages from Seller Support every few days, I attempted to update Dominic on the thread, but the post has been LOCKED??

The case is STILL OPEN, and we have gotten NO information regarding the case aside from "We're looking into it" messages. It has been almost FOUR MONTHS that they have been "working" on this case, and now the post (our only hope of getting this resolved) is LOCKED. Why??

It feels like we are just being ignored and swept under the rug. It doesn't seem like Seller Support is ever going to provide a resolution, and the post where a mod was helping us was locked (I assume to prevent us asking any more questions.)

So, are we just on our own here? Anyone know any way to actually get HELP?
