My account has been deactivated due to concerns about the authenticity of the items ( an ACIN ASIN: B08W1ZHTL3 last listed 6 months ago) I purchased from Stylevanna. Amazon have asked me to submit receipts for acin to prove authenticity, which i have done. However Stylevanna do not supply invoices with their address and telephone number on an amazon will not accept it. Currently have 3k tied up waiting to be paid and about 5k of stock (that i cant get returned). Not sure how or what to do.

As far as I can see, Stylevanna are a retailer and do not exhibit a valid supply chain in Amazon's eyes to prove authenticity.
If you buy items on their site for sale on Amazon UK, you will not be able to prove authenticity.
So the bad news is that you made a bad investment. If you have stock at FBA, try removing it asap or you will lose it. The funds are unlikely to be transferred to you.
You should try selling remaining stock on ebay etc.

You are in the UK marketplace, unlike the USA marketplace, you still have the chance of activation.
Post your deactivation email notification (remove personal info). We were also deactivated due to authenticity issues in the UK marketplace. We were able to get our account activated after 6-month contiguous appeal process.
