Products selling as Mutipack but I am selling singular

Hi Everyone,

As my title says I am selling singular products, however another FBA is selling the product as a multipack. I tried to create my listing however amazon says I am now allowed as the product already exists (but only as a multipack) is their a way to adjust this.

Or do I submit for a new ASIN?

Any help would be great

Are you buying them as multipacks and splitting them, or do they come as singles and the other seller is bundling them together? Is there an EAN on the listing and does it match a single product?
