Canada Post Alternative
Our average sale is under $20, and we use Canada Post for delivery. With the strike, we have not been able to find an alternative for shipping our orders and have placed ourselves on vacation mode. At the moment, it would cost us about $9 to ship a $15 order, which makes it impossible to turn a profit. Does anyone know of a cheap alternative to Canada Post? Suggestions would be most appreciated.

Try using Uniuni. Its relatively cheaper but it has some location restrictions.

is it VTR approved? which Uniuni service we should select for Canada FBM orders?

Its not. I'm not sure why amazon don't add uni uni and ICS courrier already, they take photos of delivery at least (uni uni does) unlike the doomed Canada Post that wont exist soon

reached out to uniuni three times via their website form, however they never called.

I do not know of a cheaper alternative, but I have just upped my shipping charge to cover the cost of using a courier. If a buyer thinks it's too high, they won't order. But it won't be any less orders than being on vacation mode. I have had about six Canadian orders since doing this, about half the usual, but better than nothing.
I have seen posts here with folks using UniUni being told they are not integrated, though they are on the list of drop down options.

AMAZON MUST ADD ICS COURIER AND UNI UNI PARCEL TO VTR APPROVED LIST ASAP TO MAKE UP FOR CANADA POST; NO OTHER OPTIONS THAT ARE CHEAP
