Product incorrectly restricted as professional medical device
Hello Amazon Community and Moderators,
I’m reaching out because I need urgent help with the suspension of my new product 'Face Massager and Sculpting Tool', ASIN B0DGDJ11JL
The restricted notice says : "This product has been identified as a laser surgical instrument, which is a professional-use only medical device. These are Class II medical devices and are required to be licensed with Health Canada in order to be sold in Canada"
This same product is already sold my many sellers in Amazon Canada marketplace so, definitely this is being incorrectly flagged by Amazon. I reached out to seller support many times but they state that since i am using an Individual seller account i cannot appeal for this restriction. That is ridiculous. Being an individual seller why am I not being able to appeal against this incorrect restriction?
I am really struggling as I am not being able to send my products to Amazon.
Could a moderator please help escalate my case (16169329841 and 16070536921) and review it thoroughly?

Answering your initial concern:

I've sent the appropriate coaching to the support associate that mentioned this through our support case, I would recommend following up on case: 16070536921
This case is in an unassigned state, expect a response from them throughout this week, I've reached out to the concerned team and requested an update.
