Keeping track of MFN returns and refunds

Hi all

Is there any 3rd party software that can help manage the MFN returns? If not, what system do you use to manage them?

We are having issues keeping track of the refunds when Amazon refund them and are missing a lot of them off.

For example, a customer raises a return and we issue the returns label. 10 days later and the return is not received by us, but Amazon refund the customer without any notification to us.

It would be great if somewhere on Amazon, we could see an update on the refund process, but without checking all the returns manually each day to see if any have changed, we cannot see a way to do this.

Any help is much appreciated.

There's probably integrators that could pull through refunds. We use Rithum (who used to be Channel Advisor) however they aren't cheap.

You could take a look at 17Track - with that you can upload all of your return tracking numbers and it can update you of any that change status. Might be of benefit?

We jgo to the "Payments" screen, go to "Transaction View" then change Transaction Type to "Refund" to check which refunds have been applied to our account. We then cross reference the order number against return requests, return to sender (undelivered orders) etc to spot any anomolys. If an order has a refund against it with no return request, no A-Z, no customer message sent to us and the carrier says it's been delivered, then we raise a SAFE-T claim straight away.
