Listing removed by Handmade Integrity Team
I received an email stating I had to answer questions and send pictures about my process of creating products but only one ASIN was listed as an example. I replied with a very in depth email about how I make a few of my products and 4 pictures (5 made the file too large and it couldn't be delivered) to which I received an email back that it wasn't enough information but the email was asking for the same questions to be answered again. The email with their decision arrived in 5 minutes which seems strange to me. I messaged Seller Central, they don't know anything about it, says it's another department. The email from the integrity team says to email Seller Central with questions. The email states that you have 5 days to respond (I got the email Monday, today is Wednesday and I responded this morning. Now this afternoon I get an email that my listing has been removed but no one can tell me why. I'm all for Amazon checking to make sure listings are actually handmade, but this just doesn't make sense. Very frustrating.
