Using FBA alone without selling
My seller account has been desactivated, for not being able to verify information, even though they have 5 different personal ID's and company paperwork etc. Only thing I dont have is a utility bill in company name and I have no way to get on and after 2 months and 10 emails, I get no where.... hence
I am looking at importing some products to Amazon FBA, but without me selling them, using other sellers who want to sell my products. I guess this cannot be done without me having an active seller account right?
I know you can use FBA with your own sales channel, but again, guess you cant if you dont have an active seller account, which I cant see happening again. In my case I want my products to be available for other sellers who do have active sales accounts with amazon....

That's Multi Channel Fulfillment and you are correct - can't use it without an active amazon account.
I have no idea what you mean by importing some products to Amazon FBA, but without me selling them, allowing other amazon sellers to sell.
If that is what you want to do - why do you need amazon? Just use ANY other 3PL if you don't want to distribute stock to other sellers.

Do you mean you want to sell your products wholesale?
If you really want to sell, is there no way of getting a bill in your company name?
You talk about importing to FBA, if that means you're none UK based dont forget the VAT implications too
