Reselling Branded Products from distributors

Hello everyone, we buy closeouts and overstock from 888 LOTS, who buys overstock from amazon, sometimes you get a good deal, but you have to keep going though 100&quot;s of products to find one, they buy them directly from amazon and resell to guys like us, but amazon wont take their invoices , any help on how to overcome this issue kindly?
