FBA Shipment delivered but not cheked in for 3 weeks

hello, my fba shipment was received 3 weeks ago and the shipment status changed to "Delivered" 3 weeks ago. But nothing changes since then. I contacted support, they all repeat the same :

"For small-parcel shipments, it can take up to four days for your shipment to move to Checked in status from your scheduled delivery date. For LTL and FTL shipments, it can take up to 10 days. During peak times, it may take longer. It’s unable to manually change the shipment status, as it is automatically updated to checked In status following up the fulfillment center dock receiving process."

But is there somebody more useful who can actually help me?

Unfortunately not. The whole receiving process is fully automated and doesn't allow any human intervention.

In your shipping plan you can see under "contents", from which date you can start an investigation and Amazon will begin to search the box.

Unfortunately, there is no way to expedite the receiving process. I did take a look at your account and see shipment ending in "8QG" is currently in status of "Delivered" but if you navigate to the "contents" tab, you will see below it is in receiving. If the shipment's inventory is not received by Nov 23, 2023, then your shipment will be eligible for investigation.

This is the peak season, so this process can take longer than other times of the year.
