Removing shipping to the Channel Islands
Hi,
I would like to remove shipping to the Channel Islands from all my listings.
I recently sold an item to Jersey and was hit with the massive post Brexit VAT charges, similar to EU countries. I would lose money if I went through with the order so have had to cancel it. I have already removed shipping to the EU and non EU for nearly all my listings.
I think that because I am on the individual selling plan that Amazon won’t let me remove Channel Islands as they count it as part of the UK. God knows why as it is not part of the UK (only British Isles). I don’t sell enough to warrant the professional selling plan (about 25-30 a month).
If my assumption is correct, my only option is to just hope I don’t get too many orders from the channel islands (otherwise cancelling would badly affect my rating).

Have you gone into Shipping Settings to try and untick Channel Islands?
Because when you go into them and click Edit above the Domestic regions, it says "REQUIREMENTS: Delivery to all regions in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and BFPO) is required."
So just click edit alongside any of your regions and you will see a Channel Islands box, just untick that and save. Screenshot below

Unfortunately, the suggestion above only applies to those on the Professional Selling Plan.
Sadly, as you are on the Individual Selling plan, you have limited options on the Shipping side of things, I don't believe you are able to remove Channel Islands as a location.
