ive been listing products onto Amazon that are generic with no brand but this time when I tried i wasn't able to, i got this message in the attached image.
the item does not have a brand name so what do I
do?

You need to tick the This product does not have a brand name box - this will pre-populate the box with 'Generic' and grey it out.
Otherwise, amazon is assuming what is in the box is a brand, even if you have written 'generic'
